SID'S GUIDE TO ... APRIL FOOLS' DAY!
JELLY TUMBLERS
Calling all you pranksters and tricksters out there. Here’s something to inspire you in time for April 1st. Parents beware!
Stuff you need ...
1 packet of Jelly
1 bowl
Newspaper (to screw up)
2 tumblers
What you do ...
Make the jelly by following the instructions on the packet.

Leave it at room temperature for an hour – you don’t want it to set yet.

Fill a kitchen bowl with screwed up newspaper and place 2 tumblers at an angle in the bowl.

Fill the tumblers with the jelly mixture and leave to set in the fridge.
And now for the fun stuff!
You now have glasses that look as if they have been tipped over and the drink is spilling out.

To play the trick, leave the glasses lying around on their side.

Perhaps your mum might have a shock to see one on her new rug or your brother might go mad when he sees one spilling on his new top!
Remember ...
A good practical joke is when the person you play the joke on laughs along with you. A practical joke is not something that hurts someone or makes someone cry. Avoid playing practical jokes on strangers, young children, pregnant women and elderly people.
