Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
When it it melted, add the egg yolks, butter and cream.
Beat them all together until you get a thick mixture.
Put the mixture in the fridge.
As the mixture cools down, it will become firm enough to make into small balls. Flatten on one side so your sweet doesn't roll around.
Put the sweets in a bowl of drinking chocolate powder to coat them.
Add warm water to icing sugar until it forms a thick mixture, then put icing on the top of each sweet.
When the icing has set, draw in some holly with red and green icing pens.
Now you can eat them! |
