RECIPES: SUMMER FRUIT PIZZA
You'll need a grown up to help you make this pizza with a healthy twist.

The summer fruits I recommend to try in the recipes are: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, gooseberries, currants, cherries and plums.
Stuff you need ...
12-inch wholemeal pizza base
250 grams low fat cream cheese
Assortment of summer fruits
Small pot of low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Honey
What you do ...
Ask the grown up supervising if they can cook the pizza base to the instructions on the packet.

While you are waiting for the pizza to cool, add the cream cheese, vanilla yogurt and lemon juice to a mixing bowl and keep stirring with a wooden spoon.

Next, spread the mixture evenly across the top of the cooled pizza base.

Arrange a layer of summer fruits on top of the cream cheese mixture. You can be as artistic with the fruit as you like!

Lastly, drizzle a little honey across the top of the fruit and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
